8 Account Suspension & Closure

• Violation of Terms & Conditions.

• Request from law enforcement authorities.
• At the user's own request (self-exclusion).

Account closed by user

To close your Carry Kiya account, contact our support team. Once your identity is verified, the account will be closed and any remaining balance will be returned to you.
